So, my friend Michelle and I have been creating cakes for several years, and when we have the time (among all the other things we have going on in our busy lives) we enjoy making cakes together. On this occasion, Michelle was asked to create a Mickey cake for a birthday and I had time to help her out on this one! I love this cake, super cute and not too challenging! And because my almost 4 year old FINALLY asked for something other than a Lightning McQueen cake this year I'll be making it again in January for his birthday! Seriously, I've done 3 (different) McQueen cakes, it's time for a change :-) So here it is:

Ohhh my baby boy is turning one in a few weeks he would adore this cake!
